• 1. Age and responsibility

    Every beÜtiful Pixels package includes the essentials: a modern photo booth experience, easy-to-use guest flow, professional-quality lighting, custom overlays/templates, instant sharing, and a full gallery delivered after the event. Depending on the booth you choose (Digital, Prints, or 360), your package can also include props/backdrop options, an on-site attendant.

  • 2. Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?

    Yes — a deposit is required to lock in your date. Once the deposit is received, we reserve your event on our calendar and begin your design/setup process. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the event date (your invoice will show exact timing).

  • 3. Can I add extra time (overtime) on the day of the event?

    Most of the time, yes! If the schedule allows and we don’t have another event immediately after, you can add overtime on-site. Just let your attendant (or our team) know during the event and we’ll confirm availability and the overtime rate.

  • 4. Are you insured / can you provide a COI

    Yes — we’re insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. If your venue requires specific wording (venue name, address, “additionally insured,” etc.), send it over and we’ll match their requirements.

  • 5. How long does setup and breakdown take?

    Setup usually takes about 30–45 minutes, and breakdown is typically 15–30 minutes, depending on the booth type and venue access. We arrive early enough to be fully ready before your start time, so your experience begins right on schedule.

  • 6. Do you need power or Wi-Fi at the venue?

    We do need standard power (a normal outlet) within reasonable distance of the setup area.
    Wi-Fi is not required for the booth to run — it’s only helpful for faster online sharing in some setups. If Wi-Fi is weak or unavailable, guests can still receive their media via alternate delivery options depending on your package.

  • 7. Can I customize the photo template (2x6 / 4x6 / overlays)?

    Absolutely. We can customize your template to match your theme, colors, and vibe — including 2x6 strips, 4x6 cards, and digital overlays. You’ll get a draft to review, and we’ll fine-tune it so it looks clean, on-brand, and event-ready.

  • 8. Are prints unlimited? How many prints per session?

    If you select an Unlimited Prints package/add-on, prints are unlimited during the booked time, with practical event limits based on booth flow and print speed. We’ll help you choose the right setup depending on your guest count so lines stay moving and everyone gets their keepsake.

  • 9. When and how do we receive the full gallery?

    You’ll receive a shareable gallery link after the event (timing depends on your package and event size). The gallery makes it easy to view, download, and share photos. If you need a password-protected link, we can do that too.

  • 10. How do you handle privacy (guest sharing / passwords)?

    Privacy is flexible. We can provide:

    • Guest-friendly sharing (easy access)

    • Password-protected galleries for peace of mind

    • Options for private delivery if you prefer keeping access limited

  • 11. What’s your cancellation / reschedule policy?

    We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to move your booking to a new date based on availability. Cancellation/reschedule terms are outlined clearly in your invoice/contract so there are no surprises.

  • 12. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major cards for convenience, and we also offer fee-friendly options like Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.

    If you’d like to avoid credit card merchant processing fees, we recommend paying by Zelle/Venmo/CashApp instead — it keeps your total lower and helps us put more value into your event experience. When you’re ready, we’ll send the exact handle/details on your invoice
